Import a stock list

For yards, breakers and anyone with more than a few sets. Paste your existing spreadsheet — you should not have to retype it into our format.

How it works

  1. Export what you already have as CSV. In Excel or Google Sheets that is File → Download → Comma-separated values. Keep your own column names.
  2. Paste it below, or choose the file. Nothing is published yet — you get a preview first.
  3. Check the preview. It shows which of your columns were understood and flags any row it could not read.
  4. Import. Every listing goes live at once under one link that manages all of them.

What each row needs

Only four things are required: size, brand, price and town. Quantity defaults to 1 and condition to good if you leave them out. Everything else is optional.

Column names are matched loosely, so QTY, Qty Avail. and quantity all mean the same thing, and columns we do not recognise are ignored rather than rejected. Sizes can be anything the site already understands — 225/45R17, LT265/70R17, 33x12.50R15, or a bare rim like 18x8.

Up to 50 rows per import. Photos cannot be imported this way — add them afterwards to the listings that deserve one.
